Answer:

2/10

=Two / Ten

=wo / en (since T can be divide,thus being removed)

'W' is the 23^rd letter and 'O' is the 15^th

'E' is the 5^th letter and 'N' is the 14^th

Hence:

wo / en = (23 + 15) / (5 + 14)

= 38 / 19

= 2
